Pat Price

Chairman and CEO

Pat graduated with honors from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona in 1973 with a degree in Business Management. Pat has been affiliated with Allmark since 1993. In 1998 he acquired all of the outstanding stock of Allmark, Inc.  As a Certified Public Accountant, he spent 25 years in public accounting including eight years with the international firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. Pat’s professional career has been devoted to the private sector. He has been a real estate investor and client advisor focused on allocating investment capital in a manner that creates efficient lifetime cash flow to investors for the majority of his professional career. Pat is involved in and oversees all aspects of Allmark’s operations including acquisitions, refinance and asset management.

Mike Krcelic

Vice President

Mike graduated from California State University at Fullerton in 1978 with a degree in Finance/Accounting. He joined Allmark in 2005 after a 27-year banking career with Wells Fargo, Union and City National Banks. His responsibilities included credit underwriting of commercial and real estate loans, business development, compliance and regional management of portfolios totaling $1 billion in loans and deposits. Mike oversees all acquisition activities of Allmark and has managed the acquisitions of 1,324 apartment units since 2005.

Michael Payne

Vice President

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Statistics from University of Texas at Arlington in 1996. He joined Allmark in 2007 after working for Texas Instruments and Mercer Human Resource Consulting for more than eleven years combined. His responsibilities with these corporations ranged from managing several thousand employees’ compensation portfolios valued in the hundreds of millions to actuarially forecasting pension and health care plans valuations and tax implications also representing hundreds of millions in company liabilities and assets. Michael is Allmark’s executive-on-the-ground in Texas, overseeing property operations and assisting Mike Krcelic in acquisitions.

Matt Duffy

Vice President, Operations

Matt started his career in property management in the Inland Empire approximately 15 years ago. As Vice President of Operations his primary focus is the daily operations of our 2,319 units that span California, Arizona and Texas. He is the team leader of the Positive Resident Experience Program and sits on the Construction Management and Property Rehabilitation teams. Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, carries the designation of CCRM by the California Apartment Association and a Broker’s License with the State of California, Department of Real Estate. Steve Strebel

Chief Financial Officer

Steve joined the Allmark team as its CFO in 2009. He brings over 25 years of financial management experience in various industries ranging from Fortune 500 firms to privately held mid-sized companies. Past responsibilities include strategic planning, tax compliance, safeguarding company assets through the development and enforcement of policies and procedures, risk management, budgeting, process improvement, and financial analysis. Steve earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Illinois University in 1985 and an MBA in Finance from Cal State East Bay in 1993.

Jenneen Halladay

Director of Marketing & Operations

Jenneen has been with Allmark since 1991 and is responsible for creating all marketing and advertising collateral materials. She also works closely with the VP of Operations in daily operations at the properties.  Jenneen received her degree in Communications and Marketing/Advertising from Cal State University, Fullerton in 1979. Past experience includes working in the marketing department at Technicolor and writing for various publications in Orange County.  Almost all printed materials and forms, including apartment community newsletters and promotions, are done in-house.  Jenneen is responsible for the placement and design of ads in rental publications and in our internet marketing sites. She monitors all rentals, occupancy rates, market trends, and performance of the leasing staff to assist management in effectively positioning a property in any given market. She was awarded APEX Support Person of the Year by the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire in 2008.

Debra Sans

Human Resources Manager

Debra has been actively involved in multifamily leasing and management since 1989. She joined the Allmark team in 1994. During her tenure with Allmark, Debra has managed several Allmark communities, worked with our due diligence team on new property purchases and worked as a business development manager to oversee new opportunities for Allmark’s portfolio.  Currently Debra is managing the Human Resources department. Prior to joining Allmark, Debra worked as a property manager for fee managed communities. In this position she worked closely with owners and asset managers to ensure the properties financial goals were being achieved. Her extensive background in property management gives valuable insight to the strategic growth of Allmark and its managed communities.

Dede Schneider

Accounting

Dede joined Allmark in 2007 and brings with her over 23 years experience in the accounting industry.  Eight of those years have been in Property Management.  Prior to starting with Allmark, Dede spent most of her property management career working on-site.  She shares the accounting responsibility for accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting to our clients and for Allmark.  She also facilitates in Payroll and Human Resources.  Dede holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Denise Mix

Accounting

Denise joined Allmark in January 2012 and brings with her over 15 years experience in the accounting industry.  Prior to starting with Allmark, Denise spent the last 12 yrs in the aerospace industry and looks forward to this new aspect of accounting.  She shares the accounting responsibility for accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting to our clients and for Allmark.  Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Kady Moore

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Since 2007 Kady has been the “voice of Allmark,” greeting persons on the phone and in person at the front desk. Kady was nominated for the 2010 APEX Support Person of the Year.
